In addition to taking the helm of Ecco, Toosbuy also serves as vice chairman of Sydbank, the fourth largest bank in Denmark. Her husband, Dieter Kasprzak, was a chief designer at several leading shoe factories before joining Ecco. In 2004, following his father-in-law’s death, he got appointed as President, a position he still holds.
