She was involved in writing the 2005 book Sans compromis: Conversations avec Sylvie Tellier, Miss France 2002. Tellier became the head of the Society Miss France in January 2007. She is general director of Society Miss France and the Miss Europe Organization. Sylvie married Camille Le Maux in June 2007. In 2010 she had her first son Oscar Le Maux. Tellier has frequently appeared on the TV series On n’est pas couche.
