He has won gold medals at the 2000 San Francisco X Games VI in Moto X Step Up, the 2001 Philadelphia X Games VII in Moto X Step Up, the 2002 Philadelphia X Games VIII in Moto X Step Up, and the 2005 Los Angeles X Games XI in Moto X Step Up. Tommy Clowers won silver medals at the 2000 San Francisco X Games VI in Moto X Freestyle and in Moto X Step Up in Los Angeles in 2003 at X Games IX and at 2007 X Games XIII. He won bronze medals at the 2004 Los Angeles X Games X in Moto X Step Up and the 2008 Los Angeles X Games XIV in Moto X Step Up. Clowers also won a silver medal at the 2001 Vermont Winter X Games in Moto X Big Air and a bronze medal at the 2002 Aspen Winter X Games VI in Moto X Big Air.
