Downing released the album All the Man You Need in 2000 and his albums Sensual Journey in 2002 and Emotions in 2003 both reached #2 on the jazz charts. He has also released several other albums and his album After Tonight was released in 2007 and reached #1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart.
